Our condo is located on the 8th floor of the Sandpoint Building.  Condo occupants have access to two reserved parking spots in the parking garage, beneath the building.  Additional outside parking is also available.  Our standard rental period is Saturday to Saturday.

Note: This condo is a non-smoking unit, but smoking is allowed on the balconies.  Additionally, pets are prohibited.

Guest Responsibilities (upon leaving):

  • Remove used linens
  • Make up beds with bedspreads and pillows
  • Leave mattress pads on the beds
  • Empty the trash
  • Empty the refrigerator
  • Clean dishes, glasses, pots & pans, and utensils, and return them to the cabinets.
  • Must leave TWO sets of keys and BOTH garage door remotes on side of kitchen cupboards. (Failure to do so will result in a $40.00 charge)
  • Return third key set to owner.
